Building underwater/undersea tunnels?

Is it possible to make underwater tunnels for road/rail?
If so, how can I do it? (this topic at wiki.simutrans was vague)

Does it work on version 100.0? I'm using that version and I can't make the tunnel   :-\

You may not be aware of the fact, but you can also build lenghthy under sea railways to get you from one land mass to another.
