[patch] Open/close the cargo details display

This is an independent small patch - small improvements in the convoy detail.


If the convoy consists of two or more vehicles, a button will be added to the payload tab to turn on / off the payload details display.

Default is checked.


New translatable text added:

Code Select Expand

Display loaded detail
Displays detailed information of the vehicle's load.
English expressions may be appropriate because I am not native speakers.

Excellent, thank you for this: this is a happy addition to the UI. Now incorporated.

I haven't added any text to simutranslator yet, if it need to be changed please edit the translatable text directly in the code. (Lines 91 and 92 of gui/convoi_detail_t.cc)
When that is done, I will add text to the simutranslator.
