Multiple Factories Spawning Bug

In r9169 are oilplatforms spawning inside each other. It brings the game to crashing but the Savegame itself is working fine.

Very strange since the factory code has an exclusion area around a factory (which can be altered by the simuconf.tab). What pak version and what simuconf.tab?

Its pak192c. WHere do i find the save simuconf? is it just the standart SImuconf in /config/?

Edit: Deleting the Industrie crashes the game.
