Fix for wrong order when reloading vehicles in a depot

When loading a vehicle in a depot, the newly loaded vehicle needs to be appended to the list of vehicles instead of prepended.

As in the other trend, my suggestion would be a large patch. But I would to like to hear more opinions on that.
