[New release] Simutrans-Experimental 3.4

A new version of Simutrans-Experimental is available, version 3.4, with a number of bug fixes and enhancements. Thanks once again to all the beta testers who have worked on version 3.3 to find bugs and make suggestions for enhancements to this latest version. Information on how to get the latest version can be found here.

Changes

• FIX: Crash on using the replace tool with ships
• FIX: Incorrect proportions for mail and goods for city growth.
• CHANGE: Passengers and goods now leave straight away if they have been waiting too long, rather than leaving only when the next convoy arrives.
• CHANGE: Obsolescence increases the cost of fixed monthly maintenance, as well as of per kilometre maintenance
• FIX: Crashes with incompatible translation texts in the depot window.
