Opening the advanced setting dialog breaks the tooltip color settings

Confirmation procedure:
- Remember the text color and background color of the tooltip
- Open "Settings" from the "Create a new game" dialog and close it immediately.
- Recheck the text color and background color of the tooltip


I have confirmed that this bug cannot be reproduced with standard.

This was a merging error in the standard's 16bit color patch. I have fixed it.
