Can anyone explain the signals in this pakset?

I've played OpenTTD and some Britain-Extended but I don't know what most of the signals in this pakset do, and they don't have a very coherent name for someone who doesn't understand them.

Can anyone help me? A very brief explaining of the important ones would be enough
