menubar documentation missmatch

Found in extended, but seems to be standard related.
If you cannot confirm this, please move to the extended section.

# Position of the main menu bar (0=top, 1=left, 2=bottom, 3=right)
#menubar_position = 0

But should be (0=left, 1=top,  2=right, 3=bottom)

Any other number will result in a very weird menubar. I guess that's fine. The world of undefined behavior is weird, anything can happen.
