Japanese Narrow Gauge Add-On

I remember there being a Japanese narrow gauge railway vehicle add-on for trams somewhere.  I know that you can run ordinary trains on tramways and vice versa, but it would be nice just to have a realistic set...anyone know where this is?  I can't seem to find it...
