Shouldn't "Go To" button in City list point to City Hall?.

I don't know if this is planned, but in my opinion it seems more logical to me that the "go to" button points to the coordinates of the town hall on the map.

If you look at the image you will see that the "glass loupe" is on a road and not on the town hall.
