Axle load limit bug

As seen in the screenshot, the axle load of the train is just 15t, while the track's limit is 21t. But every time when I try to dispatch the train, it fails due to 'weight limit'.simscr01.png

Case closed. The issue is due to the train's order containing no platforms, only waypoints.
