Where to find addons?

When I double click on my Simutrans icon there appears a screen showing a list of paks. To the left of each pak there is a button that says "load with addons," but when I click on that button, nothing happens. So, obviously, I have no addons. How do I get them? I remember years ago there was a food addon for pak64, but I have never played it.
