Well, Simutrans is a transporting game, not a landlord game or a city building game. I fail to see what it adds to the game.

it was only my idea ...often i receive many profit from transport and i think it was fun to can invest money in other attivity...

In this particular case, I think it's out of the scope of Simutrans - but some argued that position in regard to Electricity...

I would be surprised to see it added - but you do never know...

The only part I might disagree with is that if you're looking at this as a way to sink extra money -- players will only do it if in the long-term, the investments make money -- and if you already have extra money, it simply means that at some point, you'll have spiralling extra money... Just a consideration
