Tutorial Chapter 3 Step F4 Can't Complete

Steps to reproduce 1
1. Rotate until Aberdeen is in the top left corner of the minimap.
2. Complete the tutorial up to and including Chapter 3 Step F3
3. Build a good station at the Bakery using "Simple platform" on tiles (417,75) to (420,75)

Expected result
The tutorial detects that station and advances.

Actual result
The tutorial does not advance. This screenshot shows the station and the stuck tutorial:

This might be related to the script error reported in a Steam discussion at the same point in the tutorial.
