small problems with simutrans-src-124-0.zip

hi, i noticed two small problems with simutrans-src-124-0.zip:

• the top directory is called "simutrans-Nightly"
• the .desktop files is called ".desktop" instead of "simutrans.desktop"

About the source... I think @prissi just took the .zip from the GitHub release, instead of using zipsrc.sh to generate it as he usually does? I don't think it is a good idea to change the content after the release is done (because someone could already rely on it being this way, I guess). But hopefully the next time he will not forget 

About the .desktop. Yes, I agree it would be better. Also, it is kind of in a weird spot, because it is surrounded by code, but it is not code. I think I will move it to src/linux/simutrans.desktop for now on. It will be lonely there, which is kind of sad. But I prefer to be lonely than surrounded by people I don't have anything in common with.

Note for myself: This means I have to update the cmake install I think.
