124.2.2 Private Signal setting got broken updated from 120.4.1 save game.

I haven't played simutrans for a while and I'm back.
I download the latest simutrans and try to load my save game that was saved by 120.4.1.
I found many bus route were broken and found that all private signals settings were removed.
I created a new map on 120.4.1 and opened from 124.2.2 and same error occurs. (See the pictures attached.)

THis is a known bug in 124.2.2. Please use the nightly.
