r11529 - save/load by used script tool

set singleuser_install = 1

If a script tool is used, the list in the save and load dialog is empty.

Steps
- start a map
- open save / load game
- close dialog
- used script tool
- open save / load dialog

If you change the settings and exit, the save folder will be created in a script tool folder.

I think this may also be related, but in some cases when saving a game the savegames list appears empty.

It only happens the first time, the next time it tries it goes back to normal.

Yes, knew that for a time, also for saving. Should be fixed in r11541.
