small pak128.german v2.2 contribution, chat and ranking buttons for main menu

Hi folks,

for anyone interested in adding the chat and ranking button to their pakset's main menu I composed a small ZIP-file, facilitating this modification.
chat+ranking for pak128.german-2.2.zip

Step by step instructions, on how to get it done, are also included in the attached README.txt.

Please note Makie's comment below. This patch is only useful for pakset version 2.2.

Important: This is only for pak128.german version 2.2

Pak128.german version 2.3 and above have a reworked menu and contain the chat and ranking buttons already.

For Pak128.german version 2.3 beta this patch don't work and it is no need for.
