This patch makes simutrans able to load sounds from <simu-dir>/addons/<pakset>/sounds/ in addition to <pakset-dir>/sounds/.
Making paksets since October 2023  |  pak48.bitlit | pak32.box | MLM for pak64 | Empire F7 cars

I think this is a good idea. I am currently travelling, so incorporations may take some time.
