I've been looking through these sources, and it's mostly what Andz, some other developers, and I added at the time of the release of the pack96.comic Expansion.
I'm going to search through my old files to see if there are any sources; I notice that things like maglev trains and the Nuclear Energy line are missing, among other things.

Sojo is still paying for simutrans.de, as it is still online. He was a founding member of pak96.comic in 2006, so he should have the sources ... If they can be made open source, that is another question.
