Leading up to this I was trying to add a convoy to a line I created a while ago and was going to add more stops to it after. I had clicked a couple times on the stable to open it to create convoy additions without it opening (think it was magnifying glass but I think I was zoomed out and my eyes don't see small things well). I think I had the line open for editing but was not in the mode to add stops. As I was creating and reviewing things I noticed a couple of depot stop entries appear later (not at the time of clicking on it). When I tried to remove them is when it locked up. I was nearly done adding a large set of stops, routes and convoys for passenger/mail travel for the start of the game in a mostly paused state. Was Jan 30 1750 if I recall.
I suspect I will need to build a debuggable version and track down exact steps for such bug to be found and fixed but maybe my vague recollection of what I was up to and the terminal output may be helpful. I have an almost 4G core file created if someone is interested but it occurred on my FreeBSD system I have been porting the game to (build should be easy with default FreeBSD install + FreeBSD ports tree + my port files of Simutrans Extended + Pak128.Britian-Ex).

Are bug reports preferred here instead of github? Not sure of an easy way to sort+search bugs on this forum but a google search have only one close but different sounding bug that was listed as fixed already: https://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=22868.0
