fatal error : using pipette tool to city buildings

When we use pipette tool to city buildings with network mode, the game was interrupted with this fatal-error message. Looking at the error, it appears that the extraction of the number of layouts is inappropriate.

Since this doesn't happen every time,
I want to know if others are experiencing similar errors with the pipette tool.
