About pak choosing interface and settings translation.

Hello, I want to make a full translation of SimuTrans into chinese. But I found no text for pak choosing interface or Settings (most of the detail settings, not titles). I just want to know, how to translate those texts into our targeted language?

Thanks for the explanation. I have another question, how to upload finished localization files? In my case, they are in chinese. The base text of SimuTrans along with help files were not translated, so I simply translated all 68 help files and 1 .tab file into chinese. But here is the question, I use the account that prissi created for me log in simutranslator site, but I can't find a place to upload what I translated. So could you tell me where to submit them, or could I just send them to you or prissi?
