Why is PAK128.german v 2.4 not automatically installed?

I clicked on the 'Install' button on the choose pakset menu today, select download PAK128.german, the installer dialog says it's installing v 2.3 beta, instead of the latest 2.4. Is there a reason v 2.4 is not pushed onto the installer yet?

The installer is a old version and doesn´t know the latest 2.4.

The next release of the simutrans program will know version 2.4
