Missing streetlist_en.txt?

In the Simutrans/pak192.comic/text folder, I can only see streetlist_de.txt but not streetlist_en.txt. This results in the game falling back for the less interesting default station names.

I'm playing pak192.comic on Steam with Simutrans 124.4.
