Allow to build tram stops on train bridges

Before pause lasting at least five years (I checked that last post before pause is from year 2021 - but really, those few posts were at time when I was not so active as previously) I prepared one bridge for trams and currently I try to finish next bridge.

That new bridge is playable (and ready for testing) even if it still needs some works on its layout. For this reason I did not release it.

When I needed to rebuild some tram tracks, I found that it is not possible to build tram stops on train bridges.

So, I think that it is time to separate at least some objects suitable only for trams from trains. Four object types are shared between trams and trains: signals, tunnels, bridges and catenaries.

Signals is type where sharing is acceptable (even if tram signals may be quite different from train signals).

However catenaries, bridges and tunnels should be separated. And reason is simple - elevation of rails (on tram and train tracks) and power wire elevation upon tracks is different (trams and trains tracks and catenaries are not interchangeable).

Of course, that alignment of trams and trains tracks and caternaries are different only in some paksets, but still ... it would be good if only signals would be shared between trams and trains for ever after.

And also, it really looks strange if train platforms are built on tram tracks.

Because internally, trams are just a special type of standard tracks and thus these items are only optically different. (Unless in pak192 where they are narrowgauge, I think.)

It is up to the pakset author to define these items to appear in the tram tool bar.

But trains run on tram tracks and vice versa since the weight limits were never enforced. (And after seeing the difficulties in Extended with that, probably will never be enforced.)

OOPS...

I wanted to write tram stops, not tram tracks (but as I rewrote that post many times before releasing ...).

I found that it is not possible to build tram stops on (train) bridges.

But why not using train stops then? I mean, it IS a train bridge.
