change icon size

in some paksets' menuconf.tab, there are icon_height and icon_width values defitinion.
However, we do not read this value from menuconf.tab, and icoon_height is only defined in display_settings.

So, I want to change icon size from menuconf.tab (e.g. for small window or 4K display).

The increase of icon usually also require large nottun and arrow which is why is was moved to the gui themes, so a user can modify it on the fly
