Simutrans Experimental 4.0 (Good News)

Hi James, On this cold & wet Queensland morning I bring good news, at least for now.

version 4.0 is working ok on the first testing. The SVE that I sent you is running smoothly. At months end when Auto Save kicks in there is the briefest pause. This is without making any alterations to my game settings, and without turning any of my processes off.
