I have added also sampled music supprot to Windows. (It was a sobering experience of AI use (GEMENI). It created a framework quickly, but it could never work. Apparently Windows11 has removed or crippeld the mci MP3 playback (despite still codec present).

Well, finally, I did what I had to do from the beginning, adding a new MF support. However, this means that Simutrans needs window8 at minimum, which should be ok too ...

I think we can consider this project complete, since Simutrans already has accepting and interpreting music in other formats in trunk.

I still wonder if it would not be better to select a music.tab file (actually any name woudl do), and use the internal name inside the file as display for selection. That way, one could have several playlists reusing songs without the need to copying each song into a new folder and also user friendly descriptions.

The current folder subfolder architecture is a little counterintuitive.
