Public cars gone from game.

Hello all.

I have a save where there are pedestrian cars visible. I started a new map, and from then on, there are basically no more pedestrian cars driving around. I have attempted many different options to try to get it on again, but now I have no idea. Anyone have any ideas what might have caused this? I appreciate any help.

(On a side note, this could be because I started a new game, and I would need to grow the city for more cars shown driving around. Can anyone confirm this? I may not have noticed it on my first game.)

EDIT: Never mind. It seems as though if I play for awhile, the cars will spawn by itself. Thanks anyways.
