Segementation fault when theres no sequencer device
« on: July 22, 2009, 09:24:53 PM »
Trying out 102 on Linux. I have no sequencer device. I am seeing a repeatable crash.
I click Game Options->Sound->Mute Midi (enabling the checkbox) and get the following:
Code: [Select]
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
.
.
.
.
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
write /dev/sequencer or /dev/snd/seq: Bad file descriptor
Segmentation fault

Yes I am aware that it does not have a sequencer. However, clicking that should probably not result in a crash either.
By the way - I was trying that to reduce CPU load.
