Makeobj.exe can make .dat & .png from .pak?

No, makeobj can only compile .paks, not decompile them.

If you want the source images of a particular .pak I would suggest contacting the original author and asking nicely.
Use Firefox? Interested in IPv6? Try SixOrNot the IPv6 status indicator for Firefox.
