Please state which version you are using, what you are trying to achieve, when the crash occurs, why this is a pak128 error etc.

From your excessive information so far, I guess you did something wrong with the input parameters of a newly created map, but ont the other hand it still might be your microwave oven deranging your computer.

The idea is to get you to tell us the parameters you're using, as it's probably one of them that's set too high or low...

If you could please provide that info, we might have a clue. Meanwhile, the information you're provided is like telling a mechanic your car won't start - but nothign else.
