Release of Pak128.Britain 1.04

The latest version of pak128.Britain (1.04) is now availabe for download from sourceforge:

As with all pak128.Britain releases to date, there are still quite a lot of gaps.  In particular please note that trucks are now available, but only up to for 1750-1950.  

As always, any feedback would be most welcome, especially regarding balancing, gameplay and graphical bugs.
