[r2733]No routing over crowded not working?

I have my previous game not working on "no routing over crowded" since this version.
To confirm, I made a small map with 2 town conected by rail and 2 bus stop at each town connecting both
town and station for each. As time passes, they start accumulating passengers eventhough stations are crowded.
I halted train to see this.

That is normal behavior of "no routing over crowded". It affects only for routing, it doesn't avoid over crowded.
If you don't like over crowded, use "avoid_overcrowding" instead. (But it may cause deadlock.)

So when the over crowded station is the only mean to get to the destination, it will be still selected as the path.

BTW, screenshot on first post is your actual simconfig.tab ?
Line starting with "#" or " "(white space) is comment line, it doesn't affect.

In current version, no_routing_over_overcrowded is not saved in savegame file yet.
So, even if you set it on settings window, this setting might be lost after restarting without simconfig.tab setting.
