at the bottom of the page there are pak128 night builds, actual is 128-93: http://www.wernieman.de/simutrans/simupak128-93.zip

But ... The Server have a new Version with new Name, when there is a change in the PAK.

So .. please use the Webside and not the Link to the zip ...

If the selected mirror doesn't work, try another, or use the left of the two links (download without a mirror).
