[bug 102-2-1 GDI] No simutrans.exe icon

I downloaded simutrans 102-2-1 GDI version, but simutrans.exe doesn't have simutrans icon.

And the GDI exe file size is only 1.29MB. Is this the result of optimized ?

Yes, this is an optimized MSVC++ build, the only one which could run the Hongkong maps for me smoothly. Thus I distributed this too. That is probably the reson of the missing icon too.
