r2928 win - CTD in Curiosity Builder Screen

simutrans r2927 and r2928 - Windows GDI and SDL - pak64 and 128

1) Open curiosity builder screen (Shift + 7 or  Click on "curiosity builder" button as public service player)
2) Click on any building from the list
3) Shift + 7 or Click on "curisoty builder" again --> CTD

should be fixed now in both stable branch and trunk (revision 2934 and 2932).

I've tested in version r2939 and the bug seems to be solved.
