Industry chain using public service - Cannot build fish farm ?

I Built a supermarket --> food factory --> grain mill --> grain farm but when I tried to build a fishery I keep getting the "no suitable ground " message. Guess I am getting to be a bit of a pain now with all these questions, but having mastered the underground rail system I have now set my sights on Industry to allow me to build the perfect world !!!!!! Many thanks for your continued help !

It's probably because of the climate restrictions.  If it's a sea fishery, then obviously this needs to be placed at sea.  If it's the fidhing lake, then it may have certain climate restrictions.  You can override these IIRC with a check box in the industry builder window.

I think he means the one that needs to be at sea... (at least that's the "fishery" in pak128 - the other is the "fish pond")
