How take away Chemicals and ink?

Hello, first of all forgive for my English.
At me not the English version of simutrans, and I am not assured about  of some words.
About a problem. In game is Chemical Plant which makes chemicals and ink.
When I wish to take away products from plant, that my truck is loaded only by ink, chemicals remain in a warehouse.
In what a problem?

Your Chemical Plant will only load Chemicals if there is a complete/working route for these to another Building, that has a Contract for Chemicals with your Chem Plant.
