intro date error: no DC overhead electrification 1905

NER ES1, intro: 1905 requires overhead DC, but the only track electrification available in 1905 are third rail DC and tramway overhead DC.

thank you for spotting that anomaly. That will be corrected in the next version. (In the current version, you have to wait until January 1910 for the correct type of electrification).
