There's pingtest.net now, it measures the stability of the connection as well as the response time. Some say this is even more important than speed for gaming online.

Actually, this is very useful, as preparation for multiuser games. So imho ping suggests no big troubles there. I rather though something of 100ms + were more common.

prissi: Don't forget this is not ping to the forum, or even one single server. Measuring ping to some locations around the globe would be probably better indicator - think mostly EU / US played games...
