I'm curious: What's the meaning of the Hebrew term you wrote? I am going to start learning [ancient] Hebrew next summer but I think the sentence you wrote is "present" Hebrew, isn't it?

It is a simple hebrew blessing on the deads.
יהי is an ancient hebrew word... mostly people don't use it today.
זכרם  is remember + the body they .
and  ברוך is bless or blessed. ( It depends on the case. )
*Of corse that the words as a few other meanings but this is the meaning in here.

It depends on teh case but in theory it is a blessing which happened now but is in the future.
