I just noticed a city road that had been connected to the side of an artificial slope in r4166 and may have seen something like it earlier.

Unfortunatly I disconnected the roads before I thought of taking a screenshot, but I will try to explain. I have not been able to make roads like this, but it seems to happen when roads are generated around a newly built house. The slope was going from upper right up towards lower left so that there was a triangular brick wall on the lower right side. There was, and still is, a road going up that slope. On the next tile (to the lower right) was a road that went straigth through the tile (direction 10), that is not the typical rounded dead end. Using the remove roads tool from the slope over the cliff and down to the road below disconnected the roads there rather than remove the roads all around the block and back again. I did not check the direction of the road going up the slope before fixing it, but now it is 5, which seems right. The other road is now a dead end with direction 2.

I hope this was understandable.

Yes, like that. Just that my slope went up, not down, but I don't think that matters.

Of course. such connections of two roads look very odd. I noticed it in my game too - on few places.
