How to create the perfect city in 3 years

This guy has dedicated 3 years to create the perfect city in Simcity, without crimes, abandoned houses, disasters, etc...

Take a look at the video - link.

I was wondering if would be possible to get something similar in Simutrans. A map without homeless, unemployed or passengers with no route.

no, I confounded with another thing  ;D

but here we are talking about no route passengers, I don't understand what there are passengers with no route whereas all stops of my savegame are connected ...

Any game in which it is possible to obtain "perfection" so easily and/or with such a formulaic approach is too simple.
