[Bug] Weird cities with map creation

I'm playing Simutrans-experimental 8.2 with the pak128. When I create a map with Simutrans-normal and load it into experimental, all works fine.
When I want to create a map with Simutrans-experimental, there is no big building in my cities. Even when the city is 500'000 inhabitants big. There are only small houses.
Can you help me ?

You must edit the file "cityrules.tab" in the directory of pak128. There is a value for renovation_percentage = 12, but for experimental, this is too low. Personally, I recommend to put 50 there, but to get the same city density you get in standard, use something like 70. Good luck and enjoy playing!
