New Towns

Running simuwin-sdl 102-2-2 + pak128.
Can't find the possibility to create a new town anymore? Is it gone?

Should you have known? Well, only that it does appear in the keyboard help in-game - at least for some paks. But I don't think you "should" have known.

I accidentally hit "i" a lot in Simutrans for some reason, which brings up keyboard help (because it is an unbound key).

I know some of that is out of date - I'd opened a bug report for the CTRL+[function key] not working, but I was told that'd been removed. :-(

I don't see a listing for increase city, so for that, I think you're out of luck.

Increasing the city size still exists in the Special Tools menu for PAK128. Or it did this morning, haven't tried it since.

Stupid me.
Both possibilities (new town and increase townsize) are available as in Standard and in EXP.
I just did not notice the change in the top row when clicking the P+button.
