I can consistently cause a crash while trying to replace the underground trains on this save file.
Simply select any train convoy and in the replace screen, click on any of the cars to remove it from the convoy consist. This should cause a crash. Doesn't happen if you "clear convoy", but it will happen if you edit the length at all by removing. Adding doesn't cause it to crash. Seems to be more consistent right after loading the game. Seems to be possible to cause the game to crash by editing buses too, but not trams.

hmm, oddly enough, it goes away after using pak britain ex 0.7

I can't reproduce this, I'm afraid, which might be related to the fact that I am using Pak128.Britain-Ex 0.7. Thank you for the report, though!

I had some ideosyncratic crashes when replacing in the past. But i haven't experienced any for quite a while (using 9.x, and dev branches) hopefully they're gone in newer versions (or with newer version of pak britain)

addendum: Perhaps, when releasing, you should suggest players to save always before starting to replace (or replace normal track with elevated track). Just to make sure they don't get angry when loosing a few hours of developing their game.

There have been some enhancements to the replacer in 9.0. Please retest to see whether this still occurs. Thank you for your report!
