Idea: Set convois to leave depots spaced out

In an entirely different thread/context (talking about ameliorating bus bunch up) sdog said:

- this is actually what the bus-depot should do.   let players put a depot on the line, specify the time interval between convoys. and let the depot send out units.

This is actually somewhat like what I many times have wished for when creating new convois in a depot... To be able to dispatch a group of new convois without having to micromanage their departure.

For non-track convois it is possible to just click away and get them all out on the route immediately - but the road convois will drive front-to-tail, and ships will totally overlay one another. For track vehicles it is simply not possible (track in use-message).

I would love it if it was possible to specify in depot "Dispatch all convois with xx time ticks interval". For track vehicles the tick count would then start when the previous convoi actually left the depot rather when it tried to leave...
