Shortcut key for chat in network mode?

Is there a definable shortcut key for chat in network mode? If so, what dialog tool number is it such that it can be defined in menuconf.tab? If there isn't, perhaps a mod could move this to extension requests? Thank you!

In pak64: Shift+B

Remember chat/message window is not available in "Spectator" mode (which I think, it should though). for clients who haven't picked up a company.

On investigation, SHIFT+B seems standard for all paksets. Thank you for the clarification!
